The Environmental Law Enforcement Workshop will provide local law enforcement,
prosecutors and judges with important information regarding Ohio’s environmental laws, the
environmental crimes being committed locally and the financial, social and environmental
cost to our community. The workshop will also feature mock investigations based on actual
cases and tips for law enforcement when confronted with scrap metal theft, open dumping
and tire dumping.
Who Should Attend: police officers, sheriff deputies, sanitarians, code officers, prosecutors
and judges.
